The Boys Property CareRequest from inside the app
Sign in to your subscriber dashboard and use Account & privacy at the bottom of the page. This securely links the request to your account and lets you track its progress.

Email the office from the address registered to your Property Care account. Include your full name and the words “Account deletion request”. We may need to verify your identity before processing it.

We will restrict account access, review the records connected to the request and confirm completion. Personal information that is not required for legal, financial, fraud-prevention or active service obligations will be removed or anonymised. Records that must be retained will remain protected and access-controlled.
