How Property Care handles your information
Effective 23 July 2026Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address and phone number; property details such as addresses, confirmed property coordinates, access instructions and maintenance records; service information such as requests, visits, notes, photos, quotes and invoices; and membership payment status and references. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in the Property Care app.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and coordinate property services, help you select and confirm a property address, schedule and document visits, suggest efficient appointment windows near existing service routes, communicate with members, prepare quotes and invoices, manage memberships, secure accounts, provide support and meet legal or operational requirements. Route suggestions shown to a client do not identify another client or reveal another property address.
Who may receive it
Information is shared only where needed with authorised office staff and assigned technicians, service providers that operate the app and its data infrastructure, Google Maps Platform when address suggestions and coordinates are requested, the payment provider when payments are enabled, and authorities where disclosure is legally required. Google handles information under its Privacy Policy. We do not sell member information.
Storage and security
Property Care uses role-based access controls and secured database policies. We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain legitimate property and financial records, resolve disputes and comply with applicable obligations.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct your information, update account details, object to certain processing, or request deletion where retention is not legally or operationally required. Account deletion can be initiated from the subscriber dashboard or from our account deletion page.
